A futuristic, CSS-only login form with rotating dual neon borders, hover expansion, glassmorphism and an animated cyberpunk background.

Overview
A UI experiment in modern CSS: a login card wrapped in rotating pink and cyan neon borders that expands on hover from a compact box into the full form.
How it works
The rotating borders use animated conic gradients. Hover transitions grow the card from 400×200 to 450×500 to reveal the inputs, and glassmorphism panels, glowing icons and a neon submit button complete the look. Behind it, floating colour blobs drift over an animated grid.
It is built entirely with HTML and CSS in a single file, with no JavaScript or frameworks.
